Koldkær swimming baths are 4 km from the campsite. They have a delightful 25 m pool in which the water is kept at over 29°C. There is also a children's pool for your little ones. The baths offer a slide and a good selection of beach toys. Moreover, the location provides a fantastic view over the Kattegat and the beautiful surrounding scenery. Why not visit Skagen (the Skaw), just 1 hour's drive from Hals, where you will experience a whole lot of history ranging from the Buried Church to world famous painters Holger Drachmann and P.S Krøyer, and of course "Grenen" – Denmark's northernmost point.
